(If the stickers have been applied for years, there will be little glue will be left behind.)
Can I use any condition oil on the fretboard after I apply the stickers?
Yes, fretboard condition oil can be used after the inlaystickers are applied. But please be reminded that to put pressure by picks or your finger on the sticker to enhance in order to avoid conditioner seeping into the adhesiveness of the sticker.
For guitar builder, Is it possible to lacquer over the inlaystickers with nitrocellulose lacquer?
Sure! Some Luthiers have done before.
